YOUR VACCINATION

Your visit to the vaccination village consists of 4 parts.

  1. Arrival
  2. Checking of e-ticket and identity / check-in
  3. Vaccination
  4. Observation room

1. Arrival

  • Arrive at the location of your vaccination appointment at your allotted time, please see your e-ticket. This will be written on your e-ticket.
  • Leave any pets at home.
  • Follow the signs on site and walk to the entrance.
  • Wear a facemask inside at all times and maintain a 1.5 metre distance.
  • It is not allowed to eat inside.
  • There will be stewards everywhere to help you.

2. Checking of e-ticket and identity / check-in

  • Make sure you have your e-ticket and ID card at hand.
  • A steward will ask if you have ever had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and whether you feel ill. If your answer to either of those questions is affirmative, you will be referred to a physician on site. If you answer yes to either of those questions, you will be referred to a physician on site.
  • Next, your identity will be checked and your e-ticket will be scanned.
  • You will receive a ticket stating the vaccine that you have been given and the time that you are allowed to leave the vaccination village.
    • You can use this ticket as proof of your vaccination for your employer.
    • The information system sends the data of your vaccine to your GP and to Vaccinet. on mijngezondheid.beyou can download your proof of vaccination
  • Follow the arrows to the next room.

3. Vaccination

  • Wait for a seat to become available for you to have your vaccination.
  • Take a seat as soon as there is one for you.
  • Bare your shoulder, this will allow the vaccinator to administer the vaccine quickly and safely.
  • Do not worry if you cannot see the vaccinator immediately: the vaccinator will attend to you soon.
  • The vaccination will be over very quickly.
  • Follow the arrows to the next room.

4. Observation Room

  • Sit down. The chairs in the observation room are spaced out and allow for a safe distance.
  • After your vaccination, you have to wait at least 15 minutes so that we can make sure that you do not suffer an allergic reaction. If that were to happen, the physician will take over.
  • Do not leave before the time stated on your ticket. The big screens in the observation area show the time.
  • If you do not feel well or have a question, raise your hand, a steward will come to see you.
