Autumn booster: additional booster vaccination
As a resident of Antwerp, Borsbeek, Stabroek, Schoten and Wommelgem aged 18 or over, you will receive an invitation for an extra booster vaccination against coronavirus, known as the autumn booster.
- All residents will be invited, from old to young.
- You will automatically receive an invitation by letter, e-mail or text message when it is your turn.
The vaccinations will start on 12 September at Antwerp Expo vaccination village (VacCovid). The vaccination will take place with the new vaccine. These updated vaccines are based on both the original COVID-19 variant and a particular type of omicron variant.
